More details
Busbars are a new type of conductor made of copper or aluminum as the conductor, supported by non-olefinic insulation, and then installed in a metal trough. They are mainly used to distribute large power to various components of a distributed system, especially in indoor low-voltage power transmission trunk line projects, busbars have increasingly replaced wires and cables.
Brass rods are rod-shaped objects made of an alloy of copper and zinc, named for their yellow color. Brass with a copper content of 56% to 68% has a melting point of 934 to 967 degrees. Brass has excellent mechanical and wear-resistant properties, and can be used to manufacture precision instruments, ship parts, and gun shells. Different zinc contents will result in different colors; for example, 18%-20% zinc content will produce a reddish-yellow color, while 20%-30% will produce a brownish-yellow color. In addition, brass has a unique sound when struck, so Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, and horns, as well as Western brass instruments, are all made of brass.
