This marks the successful achievement of a win-win goal in the merger of China Copper and Yunnan Metallurgy, achieving better-than-expected integration effects, better-than-expected business performance, and better-than-expected Party building work. This fully demonstrates the success of the strategic cooperation between Chalco Group and the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Government, fully proves that the new leadership team of China Copper is capable of fighting tough battles and winning victories, and that the cadres and employees of China Copper are politically conscious, focused on the overall situation, and dare to take responsibility. They are worthy of the Party leadership's trust and entrusted responsibilities; and the development of the new China Copper is full of hope.
Ge Honglin requested that, in the next step, the new China Copper should accelerate the transformation of its blueprint into reality. First, business achievements must be better. It must act as a vanguard, make every effort to cope with various risks and challenges, and take every means to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees to further unleash the dividends of strategic restructuring and deepened reforms, outperforming the market, the general trend, competitors, and its own past performance, ensuring the over-fulfillment of various annual targets. Second, reform and innovation must be faster. It must firmly adhere to the general guideline of reform, innovation, transformation, and upgrading, continue to advance supply-side structural reform, accelerate asset integration, optimize and strengthen the two core main businesses of copper and lead-zinc, optimize the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and innovatively develop supporting industries. In accordance with the "4+4+4" strategic layout, it must continue to optimize industrial layout and implement the overseas China Copper strategy. Third, safety and environmental protection must be stricter. It must adhere to a problem-oriented approach, adopt high-level measures, use practical measures, and implement tough measures to resolutely win the "three major tough battles" and establish a truly responsible image for central state-owned enterprises.
Ge Honglin emphasized that the new China Copper should use high-quality Party building to lead high-quality development. First, the thematic education must have new effectiveness. Learning must be carried through from beginning to end, with in-depth investigation and research to identify and pinpoint problems, get to the root causes, and clarify the direction of efforts and improvement measures. Targeted solutions must be adopted, and systems and mechanisms must be improved to plug management loopholes. Party and government leaders at all levels must take the lead in learning, conducting investigations and research, examining problems, and implementing rectification, using outstanding business Achievements to test the effectiveness of thematic education. Second, the management of cadres must have new measures. The new era's Party organizational line must be resolutely implemented, and the standards for good cadres in the new era of loyalty, integrity, and dedication must be implemented. Strict management and warm care must be adhered to, integrating the strict management of cadres into the entire process of cadre team building. Third, strict governance of the Party must have new achievements. The "second half" of the work of rectifying the issues raised in the inspection must be resolutely completed, strengthening rectification implementation and the utilization of achievements to promote reform and development. The construction of a system to prevent corruption, deter corruption, and eliminate the desire for corruption must be promoted, tightening the institutional "cage", making the system "have teeth", and making discipline "carry power". Party conduct must be strengthened, resolutely enforcing the Central Eight-Point Regulation without relaxation, and continuing to rectify the "four winds" and improve work styles. With a work style of "four more and one better," it must embark on a new journey to build a world-class copper, lead, and zinc enterprise with global competitiveness.

It must adhere to the goal of building "two platforms, one base, and three trillion-yuan industries," ensuring that one blueprint is drawn to the end and that one baton is passed to the next, composing a new chapter of high-quality development. Second, it must correctly assess its strengths and weaknesses. It must make overall plans, turning disadvantages into advantages, using dynamic changes to drive changes in quality and efficiency, and achieving high-quality development.
